Here’s our advice for the best results:

• Ensure the photo has good lighting.
• Try to capture the photo at eye level with your pet.
• Get a close-up to highlight your pet’s unique features.
• Make sure the photo isn’t blurry.
• Avoid cutting off important features (like ears!) in the frame.

We also have a dedicated team that reviews all photos once orders are placed. If there’s any issue with your photo, we’ll contact you right away via email.

Each product is embroidered with a single thread color. Unfortunately, we cannot embroider in multiple colors at this time.

If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with $25 deducted for the design work already completed. Please note that "First in Line" and digital products are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
