3. Unlimited Revisions: Request as many changes as needed until your design is perfect.
   
4. Production (1-3 days): Once approved, your order is locally produced in the U.S. or Australia.
   
5. Shipping: Shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Yes! Here are the limits based on product type:

• For hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts we can feature up to 4 pets.
• On mugs and caps, we can include up to 2 pets.
• For Christmas sweaters, ornaments, and kids' products, we can add 1 pet.
• For prints, there’s no limit — add as many pets as you’d like!

Due to the handmade nature of our work, we don’t provide previews before an order is placed. However, we offer unlimited revisions and only ship once you’ve fully approved the design, ensuring it meets your expectations 100%.
